I founded unfinished business. because I kept seeing the same patterns: big goals without true alignment. More revenue, more titles, more noise – but little clarity on what really mattered. Projects got stuck, teams felt misaligned, and the same issues kept showing up, again and again. That’s where I come in.
I bring over 12 years of experience in projects, processes, numbers and people and a healthy obsession with getting things done - the right way and the smart way. My job is to dig in, ask the right questions, and help build structures that work. I lead when needed, support where asked, and get out of the way when teams find their own rhythm again.
